It’s all in the details

As most of you have probably figured out I love taking pictures. Not only of antiques but pretty much anything that is eye appealing, I guess to me that includes my son, my cats, and design. I especially love zooming in on things so you can see all the details of an object. After all isn’t the details that usually bring everything together in the end? Nothing irritates me more than blurry close ups, and yes I know I have posted a few on here! I will try and make and oath not to post anymore going forward.

Up until now my camera did not allow me to get the best close ups but tonight my husband surprised me with an early Birthday gift and gave me an awesome telescopic lens! I am hoping to take a photography class this fall as well to fully learn what my camera and I are truly capable of. In the meantime we are attending a wedding this Sat and I am hoping to test out my new lens there. I can’t wait! I will try and post some of the pics. Hopefully they will come out ok! Wish me luck!

Good Luck with the new lens. I love close up detailed pictures, they turn out so beautiful.
