A glimpse of Maine part two
Could this be the South of France or maybe an area in Italy? I think not. This beautiful place is in Wiscasset Maine. Situated on the Sheepscot river this great shop and manor is home to a woman by the name of Heather Livingston. Heather specializes in French and English antiques. Her property is the perfect backdrop to her stunning shop which has oodles of jaw dropping French linens, pottery, furniture and everything else French. As you drive up to Daybreak Manor you are greeted by Heather’s wide array of dogs, chickens, and stunning views of the Sheepscot. Heather was nice enough to let me take a few shots of her property. If you would like to see more you can check her website out at www.daybreakmanorantiques.com. Believe me when I say you don’t want to miss this one. To add to Wiscasset’s charm, down the road from Daybreak Manor there are about a dozen other fabulous antique shops, most of them are in historic homes. They are all truly amazing to visit and to shop in.
As promised here are the rest of the shots from my Maine trip. Here is the black and white version. Enjoy!!
