If you go with the bedding on the internet, the darker color, I would call it ‘putty’, might be a great color for the walls. The white will really contrast against it, and the other furniture should go as well. It is a great neutral, and should stand up as the baby grows. You can always add contrasting elements, blues, or any other color that you want to showcase.
(White is a great color, but without something dark–your room will ‘float’, you need a ground accents of black or dark brown.)
